The Creative Short Film Festival had its first edition in 2023, receiving hundreds of entries from all over Brazil.

After months of selecting the best screenplays, under the jury of Luísa Guanabara, Ricardo Tiezzi and Maria Shu, the event was held at the Museum of Image and Sound (MIS-SP) on January 19, 2024.

Hosted by screenwriter Luísa Guanabara, the awards ceremony brought together both emerging and experienced screenwriters to honor the finalists.

The consultants for the first edition were: Rodrigo Castilho, Letícia Bulhões Padilha, Paulo Leierer, João Gabriel Kowalski, Matheus Torreão, Fernanda Brandalise, and Rafael Leal.
